Anonymization of custom Object Storage ACLs

Starting October first, it will be possible to set ACLs giving grants to other Exoscale organizations only by using their opaque UUIDs. The same UUID will be returned in all response listing grants.

The change is in line with the latest AWS S3 API behaviour, and will ensure full anonymity across the platform when using ACLs.
