Conditional Writes Now Supported in SOS

SOS now supports conditional writes, allowing operations that create objects to first verify the existence of an object before creation. This feature helps distributed applications synchronize over the same dataset without relying on an external consensus system and prevents accidental overwrites in concurrent write scenarios, ensuring improved data consistency in workloads.
