Debian 11 (Bullseye) & Rocky Linux Template released

The new Debian 11 (Bullseye) Template has been released this week on the Exoscale platform.
"Bullseye" has been recently released by the Debian project after more than 2 years of development. It will be supported for the next 5 years by the Debian Team.
Additionally, the new Rocky Linux Template (Linux RedHat) has been released this week. Rocky Linux is the successor of the CentOS templates.
Like with other Exoscale official templates, Bullseye & Rocky Linux have cloud native features such as contextualisation with cloud-init or file system autogrow.
