exo CLI 1.0.7 release, exo lab kube launch

The Command Line Tool "exo" reached version 1.0.7. It introduces new LAB commands with the arrival of "exo lab kube", an easy and integrated way to launch a single machine Kubernetes environment on Exoscale.
