SKS supports Kubernetes 1.21

SKS now supports Kubernetes 1.21.

As part of our lifecycle management commitment, SKS now has the below supportability matrix:

• 1.21 is the new minor release and enters a 180 days support from Exoscale SKS
• 1.20.6 is the latest version from the previous minor release

K8S 1.21 brings amongst many features and improvements cronjobs in stable release as well as Immutable Secrets and ConfigMaps.
