SOS: Full-Object Checksums for Multipart Uploads

Improvement
SOS now supports full-object checksums for multipart uploads using CRC32C, CRC64, and CRC64NVME. This allows you to verify the integrity of large objects end-to-end, without re-reading all parts again. As a result, integrity checks are faster, cheaper, and better suited for backup and compliance workloads.
