We are excited to announce an update regarding the subscription pricing of our support plans, effective July 1, 2025. This information applies to both our valued existing customers and those considering our support plans.
Reduced Support Subscription Prices
We've reduced the cost of our support plans, which is a direct result of our enhanced operational efficiency. Our commitment to providing exceptional support remains at an even more accessible price.
Optimized Support Workflows: We've implemented more effective request handling through streamlined processes.
Expanded Knowledge Base & Self-Service Tools: Our enhanced resources empower you to find solutions quickly and independently, contributing to faster issue resolution.
Specific Impact on Our Plans:
Starter Support Plan: The monthly rate will be reduced from 100 CHF/EUR/USD to 50 CHF/EUR/USD. This represents a 50% reduction in the monthly subscription fee.
Pro Support Plan: The monthly rate remains 500 CHF/EUR/USD (no change).
Enterprise Support Plan: The monthly threshold will be reduced from 2500 CHF/EUR/USD to 1500 CHF/EUR/USD. The 5% rule (as a percentage of spend) remains the same.
For Existing Customers: No action is required; this price adjustment will be applied automatically to your billing cycle.
